At Side7, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Side7 account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure your items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
